SOFIA (Bulgaria), March 6 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria plans to call tanders for road projects worth over 950 million euro ($1.2 billion) financed under the European Union's Operational Programme Transport in the second half of 2009, an official of the transport ministry said on Friday.
