"According to the 2007 consolidated finance report, EuroHold Bulgaria has realized BGN 82.6 million net profit, BGN 79.7 million of which are for the Group.
BGN 57.7 million is a result from transferring the IC Euroins Plc and Health Assurance company St. Nikolay Chudotvoretz shares to the subsidiary insurance holding Euroins Insurance Group (EIG). The real consolidated net profit for 2007 of EuroHold Bulgaria after deduction of the single accounting effect of the transaction is on amount of BGN 24.9 million, BGN 22 million of which for the Group. The growth of the net profit is 157% compared to 2006. For 2007 the consolidated income of EuroHold Bulgaria have grown 2.6 times and reached BGN 368 million compared to BGN 141 million for 2006.
There is a triple increase in the equity capital of EuroHold Bulgaria from BGN 64.2 million at the end of 2006 to BGN 185.7 million at the end of 2007.
For the pointed period the EuroHold Bulgaria assets have reached BGN 464.4 million compared to BGN 171.9 million in 2006, which is a 170% growth.
The Finance Division has the biggest share of the EuroHold Bulgaria financial results as follow:
- BGN 184 million income compared to BGN 61 million for 2006 (or tripled in growth), BGN 168 million is due to the EuroIns Insurance Group activity
- BGN 8.5 million is the net profit compared to BGN 5.2 million for 2.6 (or growth of 63%), BGN 5.5 million of which are due to the EUROINS Insurance Group activity
The Automotive Division has doubled its income to BGN 85 million compared to BGN 42 million. The net profit is BGN 1.6 million compared to 0.9 million for 2006 or a growth of nearly two times.
The Manufacturing Division has increased its net profit 2.5 times to BGN 3.1 million compared to BGN 0.9 million.
For 2007 the subsidiary companies of Euro Hold Bulgaria have allotted BGN 7.4 million dividends.
On March 13, 2008 Euro Hold Bulgaria will hold general meeting of investors where the following topics will be discussed:
- The organizational and functional structure of the Holding
- The realized financial result for 2007
