


































PODGORICA (Montenegro), June 17 (SeeNews) – British investment company Boka Adriatic Development Montenegro and Montenegro’s Atlas group announced they have formed a partnership to implement a 120 million euro ($166.3 million) project for the construction of a residential and trade complex in the Adriatic resort of Budva, Montenegrin media reported on Wednesday.
The complex will comprise a residential building, a five-star hotel and a trade exhibition hall, daily Vijesti (www.vijesti.cg.yu) reported, quoting a Boka Adriatic statement. It did not provide a deadline for the implementation of the project.
Boca Adriatic is confident in Montenegro as a tourist and investment destination, the company's head Tim Levy is quoted as saying.
