


































BANJA LUKA (Bosnia and Herzegovina), March 6 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Prime Minister Nikola Spiric said on Friday Bosnia will discuss with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) a possible deal to counteract the impact of the global crisis, Reuters reported.
Reuters quoted Spiric as telling reporters in the town of Banja Luka that the National Fiscal Council has agreed that "the finance ministry should initiate the talks".
Spiric also said that Bosnia should approach the issue very carefully and make a thorough analysis to see what the country needs and what the IMF can offer it.
The National Fiscal Council is grouping top officials from the central government and the government's of Bosnia's two regions, the Muslim-Croat Federation and the Serb Republic. Spiric is also the Chairman of the Council.
