DNEVNI AVAZ
- The number of unemployed in Bosnia’s Serb Republic increased by almost 4,700 in the first two months of the year, as 150,036 people were registered as unemployed in the Republic’s employment bureau. This is up by 16,000 compared to the same period of --last year.
NEZAVISNE NOVINE
- Raffi Gregorian, the international supervisor of Bosnia’s Brcko District and first deputy of the country’s high representative Valentin Inzko, will leave the post in June to start working for the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in the U.S., the daily said.
- Slovenian household appliances maker Gorenije has opened a new 700 square metres showroom in Sarajevo, the head of Bosnia’s Gorenje-Komerc, Robert Polsak, said.
