NEZAVISNE NOVINE
- Around 500 railways workers in Bosnia’s Muslim-Croat Federation have went on strike demanding the payment of four monthly wage arrears, blocking the railway traffic across the Federation.
- The capital of the only Russian-owned bank in Bosnia, IEFK Banka, dropped below the legally required minimum last year and its licence could be cancelled. IFKE Banka's net capital was 13.2 million marka at the end of 2009, 12% below the required minimum.
- Bosnia's Serb Republic government said it has increased its stimulus package for export-oriented local companies to 15 million marka this year from 2.0 million in 2006.

- The political situation in Bosnia has worsened and the gap in the communication among its political leaders has widened, the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Catherine Ashton, said in a quarterly report to the United Nations.
- Telecommunication companies are the most desired employers in Bosnia, according to a survey conducted by local web portal posao.ba. BH Telekom was the favourite with 17.9% of the vote, followed by mobile operator m:tel with 7.6% and power utility Elektroprivreda BiH with 5.5%.
