In the fourth quarter 2009, Construction Cost index reached 128.4 per cent (Q.IV 1999 = 100) signing an increase of 0.1 percent against the previous quarter, while the annual change of it was -0.5 percent. In the same period of year 2008, this change was 1.4 percent.

The “Direct Expenditures” index group is increased by 0.1 percent against the previous quarter.

The index of “Material Expenditures” subgroup it was increase by 0.1 percent.

Here we can mention the increase price of Construction materials, of Electric materials and Hydro-sanitary materials respectively by 0.1, 0.5 and 0.1 percent.

The index prices of ”Basic salaries fees” signed an increase by 0.2 percent.

In this quarter compared with the previous quarter, the index of the other groups is not changed.
