During the second quarter 2008, Construction Cost index resulted 128.3 per cent (Q.IV 1999 = 100) signing an increase of 0.8 per cent against the previous quarter, and an annual inflation rate from 1.3 per cent. In the same period of year 2006, this change was 3 per cent.
The “Direct Expenditures” index group, raised by 1.1 percent against the previous quarter.
Within the “Direct expenditures” group the highest increase of all subgroups has signed the “Material expenditures” by 1.4 percent and “Basic salaries fees” by 0.3 per cent. The index price of other groups hasn’t changed during this quarter compared with the previous quarter of 2008.
Within the “Material expenditures” subgroup we can mention the increase prices of construction materials by 1.5 per cent, expenditures of electric materials by 2.3 percent, while the prices of hydro – sanitary materials fall 0.8 per cent.
The index in other subgroups fluctuates from -0.4 per cent to + 0.3 per cent.
