March 28 (SeeNews) - Croatian fodder producer Tvornica Stocne Hrane [ZSE:TSHC] said on Thursday it will propose to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 120 euro ($129.3) per share for 2023.
The dividend of 1.6 million euro in total will be paid out from the company's profit retained in the period from 2001 to 2004, it said in an invitation to an annual shareholders' meeting, to be held on May 7.
The company reported a net profit of 4.57 million kuna for last year. Tvornica Stocne Hrane will propose to its shareholders to allocate 0.5% of the 2023 net profit to statutory reserves and to retain the remainder.
Record date for the dividend payout is May 10, ex date is May 9 and payment day will be May 14.
Last year, Tvornica Stocne Hrane paid out a dividend of 87.45 euro per share from its retained profit for the period from 2005 to 2011.
The company's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on February 29, closing 8.33% higher at 2,600 euro. The bourse put them in its segment for monitoring on Thursday morning due to the proposed dividend distribution.
