May 8 (SeeNews) - Insurer Croatia Osiguranje [ZSE:CROS, CROS2], part of diversified holding group Adris [ZSE:ADRS, ADRS2], said on Wednesday that its unit Croatia Poliklinika has acquired 100% of Poliklinika Marin Med, the largest privately owned polyclinic in Dubrovnik, as part of its expansion drive.
It is the ninth polyclinic in Croatia Poliklinika's network, which now has national coverage, Croatia Osiguranje said in a press release. It did not disclose further details about the deal.

Croatia Poliklinika's other polyclinics are located in Zagreb, Varazdin, Rijeka, Osijek, Split, Zadar, Pula and Koprivnica.
According to the Croatian court registry, Poliklinika Marin Med was founded by five local and foreign individuals.
The preferred shares of blue-chip Adris Group traded 0.33% higher at 61 euro ($65.5) intraday on May 8 on the Zagreb bourse.
The ordinary shares of Croatia Osiguranje last traded on Tuesday, ending flat at 1,306 euro. The preferred shares of the insurer also last traded on Tuesday, when they closed 5.74% higher at 1,290 euro.
