Swiss-based MTC Signs Deal To Acquire Croatia’s AluFlexPack, TLM-TVP

ZAGREB (Croatia), February 6 (SeeNews) - Swiss-based industrial  group  Montana Tech Components (MTC) said on Monday it has signed together with  its wholly-owned unit Alu Menziken a deal to acquire Croatia's AluFlexPack and – Tvornica Lakih Metala d.d.'" href="http://cms3.aiidatapro.net/[LinkTo:Company:3189]">TLM-TVP in a bid to strengthen its position on the market of aluminium components.
