April 25 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Thursday that it has decided to move IoT products maker Shelly Group's [BUL:SLYG; FRA:SLYG] to its newest dual listing segment, EuroBridge.
Shelly Group, which is moving from the BSE Premium segment, will also start trading on the electronic trading platform Xetra - one of the two main markets of the Deutsche Boerse, the BSE said in a statement.
Shelly Group will be the first company to trade on the EuroBridge segment, created by BSE in collaboration with Deutsche Boerse, offering companies a dual-listing option to access capital on both exchanges.
"EuroBridge is a kind of fast track for companies that want to be traded on the Bulgarian and German markets. The newest dual listing segment EuroBridge will open doors to global investors for major Bulgarian companies," BSE CEO Manyu Moravenov said.
The transfer date of Shelly Group's shares to the EuroBridge segment will be announced additionally, the BSE said in a separate statement.
Shelly Group, previously called Allterco, started trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in November 2021. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange operates two trading platforms - Xetra and Frankfurt floor trading.
As of 1509 CET on Thursday, shares in Shelly Group traded 0.59% lower at 67.60 levs ($36.93/34.56 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
