May 7 (SeeNews) - Passenger numbers at Bosnia's Sarajevo International Airport increased to 133,822 in April, compared with 89,580 in April 2023, data by the airport operator showed.
In the January-April period, the airport in the Bosnian capital served 369,314 passengers, compared with 283,820 passengers served in the like period a year earlier, according to figures posted on the website of Sarajevo Airport.
Aircraft take-offs and landings at Sarajevo airport totalled 1,271 in April, up from 1,020 in same month of 2023. In the first four months of 2024, airport operations increased to 3,962 from 3,478 in the January-April period of 2023.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has three other international airports, located in Banja Luka, Tuzla and Mostar.
