The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) currently has 47 shareholders and 42 members. It is managed by the shareholders’ general meeting, the supervisory committee, the listing committee and the bourse management and administration. The trading takes place on Zagreb Stock Exchange top tier (Official Market), Regular Market, The public joint-stock company (JDD) tier, Parallel Securities Market and Rights Market. The listing rules applied for the companies on the Official List based on the EU directives EEC 79/229, EEC 80/390, EEC 89/298 and the London Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Listing applications are approved by the ZSE Listing Committee. Official Trading Hours: 10:00-16:00 Main Indices: Croatian Bourse Equity index (CROBEX) and Croatian Bond index (CROBIS) Instruments Traded: Shares, bonds and Short-term securities (up to 365 days).
