The Banja Luka Stock Exchange (BLSE) has 15 members and maintains arbitration facilities for disputes among members. There are specific last and rules that regulate the Securities Market, pertaining to public offering of corporate securities, secondary market including a stock exchange, corporate disclosure, tender-offer or takeover bid, manipulative or unfair trading, broker/dealers (including capital requirements) and investments advisors. In case members do not comply with the rules issues by the exchange, the exchange imposes disciplinary actions such as fines, suspension or membership and/or exclusion from membership. The bourse trading takes place on the Official market and the Free market.
