The first two days' agenda will include:
-An explanation of the process of Open and Completive Tendering (OCT)
-Finding the information and downloading documents
-Review of labour market and thrust of Operation Programmes and does this fit with your ideas
- Understanding the priorities
-Identifying and brainstorming project ideas
The overall structure of the third and the fourth day will be flexible to allow individuals in groups to gain practical experience in interpreting and answering questions. The first sessions will be devoted to the use of a successful UK application to illustrate how ideas can be generated and how successful applications can be written. It will emphasise the need for applications to fit the expectations of the funder and meet the demands of the scoring process.
