Bosnian insurer Sarajevo Osiguranje has increased its capital by 24 million marka ($18.2 million/12.3 million euro) and will use the proceeds to expand its products and services portfolio and improve the existing ones.
Sarajevo Osiguranje placed 960,000 new shares at a price of 25 marka per share.
