Bosnia’s Serb Republic has sold a package of stakes it owns in publishing company Glas Srpske and its two affiliates dealing in printing and distribution to a domestic consortium for 3.8 million marka ($3.0 million/1.9 million euro). The consortium, comprising Banja Luka-based newspaper Nezavisne Novine and construction firm Integral Inzenjering, will invest 4.35 million marka in the companies over the next three years.
