April 29 (SeeNews) - Slovenian blue-chip hand tools manufacturer Unior [LJE:UKIG] has recorded a consolidated net profit of 4.9 million euro ($5.2 million) in 2023, down from 10.2 million euro in the previous year, it said.
Net sales revenue grew by 294.2 million euro from 287.7 million euro, whereas the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew to 31.1 million euro from 28.3 million euro, Unior said in an annual financial report filed with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Friday.
The return on equity (ROE) of Unior declined to 2.70 from 5.83, Unior said.
The workforce of Unior at the end of 2023 totalled 2,812 employees, up from 2,801 in the previous year.
