April 12 (SeeNews) - Romania's Infinity Capital Investments [BSE:INFINITY] said it will sell its 77.5% stake in local railway construction and repair company Constructii Feroviare Craiova [BSE:CFED].
The investment company intends to sell its entire holding of 908,441 shares in Constructii Feroviare Craiova as a single package, at a minimum price of 3 lei ($0.65/0.6 euro) per share, it said in a filing to the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

The transaction will be carried out through a special order sale on the market of offers and special operations administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BVB, Infinity Capital said. The sale order is valid as of April 12.
In 2023, Constructii Feroviare Craiova booked a net profit of 18,369 lei on a net turnover of 125,159 lei, the company said in an a financial report filed to the BVB last week.
Last week, Infinity Capital announced an auction for the sale of its 99.99% stake in Complex Hotelier Dambovita at a minimum starting price of 15 million lei.
Infinity Capital's shares traded 1.58% lower at 1.87 lei as at 0918 CET on April 12. Shares in Constructii Feroviare Craiova changed hands 2.86% higher at 1.8 lei as at 0918 CET on April 12.
