April 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian agricultural leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:EAC] said on Tuesday that its shareholders endorsed the distribution of a gross dividend of some 0.073 levs ($0.040/0.037 euro) per share for 2023.
Equity owners will receive a total of 2.67 million levs as dividend for last year, allocated from Elana Agrocredit's 2023 net profit of 2.72 million levs, the company said in a bourse filing. The remaining 50,442 levs will top up the company's reserve fund.

The dividend will be distributed starting May 20. Shareholders registered with the Central Depository as of April 16 have the right to receive dividend.
Last year, Elana Agrocredit paid out a total gross dividend of 2.68 million levs for 2022, or some 0.0736 levs per share, according to an earlier statement.
As of 1602 CET on Tuesday, shares in Elana Agrocredit traded 0.93% higher at 1.09 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
