February 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Advance Terrafund REIT [BUL:ATER] said on Thursday that it sold 21.5 hectares (ha) of agricultural land in January at a price of 23,008 euro ($24,649) per hectare.
The company did not purchase any land last month, Advance Terrafund said in a bourse filing.

The fund expects to book rental revenue of 4.85 million euro in the 2023-2024 crop year, which began on October 1, compared to 4.13 million euro in the previous crop year. By the end of January, Advance Terrafund had collected 23.3% of the rents for the current crop year and 87.7% for the prior one.
At the end of last month, the company owned about 17,888 ha of farmland and 6.08 ha of urban land.
As of 1610 CET on Thursday, shares in Advance Terrafund REIT traded flat at 3.31 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
